Popular Clarence Street sees its first million-dollar home sale in 2024

CLARENCE, NY — A Clarence street popular for million-dollar home sales just had its first of the year.

David and Lisa Cowperthwait recently sold 9743 Cobblestone Drive for $1.16 million to Daniel Sutton of South Dakota, according to documents filed May 30 with the Erie County Clerk’s Office.

The single-family residence is part of the Spaulding Lake Part IV Phase 3 subdivision.

The Cowperthwaits have owned the property at 9743 Cobblestone Drive since 2017, based on Erie County real estate ownership information. They paid $785,000, meaning the site’s sales value has increased by 48% since then.
