UB student arrested for threatening to protest against Jewish students

AMHERST, N.Y. — A University at Buffalo North Campus student is facing charges for his post following a march against anti-Semitism on Monday.

According to university police, the threats were directed at people participating in a march on campus organized by the UB branch of the Jewish Student Association.

The 18-year-old student turned himself in to the police and is charged with attempted terroristic threats and attempted threats of mass destruction.

He was released and given a court ticket.
