1 dead and 1 seriously injured in shooting in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – One person is dead and another is seriously injured following a shooting Tuesday in Horry County.

According to Horry County police, it happened around 2:35 a.m. near South Highway 701 and Hurley Road.

No further details were disclosed.

The victim’s name has not yet been released.
