Police Investigation on Storrow Drive – NBC Boston

Police responded to Storrow Drive in Boston late Thursday night to investigate a reported assault.

Massachusetts State Police had extremely limited information but confirmed that officers responded to a robbery on eastbound Storrow Drive near Ebersol Field at around 10:26 p.m.

Video from the scene showed several police officers and detectives walking around with flashlights, apparently searching the ground for evidence. Yellow police tape was posted around the area.

There was initially no information about any injuries, a suspect or further details about the incident.
