Silver alert issued for missing woman at risk

(BCN) – The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for a missing Antioch woman on Wednesday.

Ruthie Lindsey, 73, was last seen around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning at East 18th Street and Holub Lane in Antioch, according to the CHP.

Lindsey is a black woman, 5 feet 1 inches tall, 110 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black trench coat, black jeans and white shoes. She was probably on foot.

Anyone who sees Lindsey should please call 911 immediately.
