A joint investigation by CBS News and the Center for Investigative Reporting’s nonprofit newsrooms The Trace and Reveal found that more than 140 law enforcement agencies nationwide are selling or trading in their used guns as they update their arsenals. Thousands of these former police officers are later linked to crime. Stephen Stock reports.
