Megan Thee Stallion to Perform at Kamala Harris Rally in Atlanta

Megan Thee Stallion is throwing her full support behind Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign. The rapper is set to perform at the vice president’s upcoming rally tomorrow in Atlanta.

Megan confirmed on her Instagram that she would be heading down south to support Harris with a special performance at 7:30 p.m. ET. “ATL HOTTIES SEE YOU TOMORROW 🇺🇸💙,” she wrote in a caption accompanying the news.

This wouldn’t be the first time Megan has crossed paths with Harris. In March 2023, Harris teamed up with Glamour to host a Women’s History Month brunch at her Washington, D.C., home. Megan shared a gallery of photos on her social media profiles of her arm-in-arm with Harris.

She joins a legion of musicians who have recently endorsed Kamala Harris for president. Beyoncé, who joined Harris on her remix of “Savage,” allowed Harris to use the song “Freedom” in her release music as well as the first campaign ad. Her “WAP” co-star Cardi B has also backed Harris, defending her against “disgusting” sexist attacks.

Harris, who has emerged as a potential presidential candidate after Joe Biden withdrew his re-election campaign last Sunday, drew immediate support online after Charli XCX declared that “Kamala is a brat” on X (formerly Twitter), referencing the hipster culture surrounding her sixth album “Brat.” Harris’ campaign was quick to jump in on the support, changing the header of her X profile to resemble the slimy green color featured on the cover of “Brat.”

Harris appears to have an interest in Gen Z and millennial culture, as she recently joined TikTok and appeared in a Lance Bass post referencing *NSYNC’s “Bye, Bye, Bye.”
