Second Palestinian killed by occupation forces in Nablus |

Israeli forces shot dead a young Palestinian man on Saturday during repeated military operations in the Balata camp east of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

On Saturday evening, Israeli forces shot dead a young Palestinian and injured others in the Balata camp, the second citizen to be killed in the camp within a matter of hours.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that Israeli forces had shot the young man. Ali Bassam Hashash24, and injured 22 others.

According to media sources, occupation troops entered the Balata camp for the third time on Saturday, with the army posting snipers on tall buildings while reconnaissance drones flew over the buildings.

A shootout ensued between local Palestinian resistance fighters and the invading army, who shot young Hashash in the chest with live ammunition and wounded other people, including three seriously.

In the afternoon, an Israeli drone strike in the Al-Jammasin neighborhood of Balata camp killed a Palestinian child and injured many others, including two seriously.
The soldiers withdrew from the camp and entered again after an hour. They positioned snipers on high buildings and shot a young man with a live bullet in his arm. He was taken to a hospital in Nablus.
