Man arrested after theft

POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – A Jeffersonville man was arrested after stealing a side-by-side in Clay City.

The Powell County Sheriff’s Office said they found the side-by-side in Clay City. It was allegedly stolen on July 24.

William Beer, 38, was charged with criminal damage and burglary on Saturday morning.
