Road rage incident: Newly married man from Agra killed in road rage incident in US | Agra News

Agra: A newlywed resident of Agra was shot dead in an incident of road rage in Indianapolis, USA on Tuesday night. Gavin Dasaur, 29, and Cinthya Viviana Zamora, a woman of Mexican origin whom he had married just 18 days ago, were riding a two-wheeler when a white Chevy pickup truck recklessly overtook them. A purported video of the incident shows Gavin pulling out a gun and confronting the truck driver while hitting the car. The two get into a scuffle before the driver pulls out a gun and shoots Gavin multiple times. Police arrived at the scene and took necessary legal action. However, to the dismay of the family, “the driver, who was a US citizen unlike Gavin, was released.” The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the shooting occurred around 8:15 p.m., and the investigation into the shooting and the circumstances of the alleged road rage incident is ongoing. Gavin’s father, Pawan Dasaur, a retired insurance employee, said his son studied at St. George’s College and pursued a science degree at St. John’s Degree College in Agra. He migrated to the United States in 2016 to pursue his degree.
