Troup County school system employee arrested

TROUP COUNTY, Georgia (WRBL) – A current employee of the Troup County school system was arrested Wednesday.

According to TCSS, the employee was assigned to Long Cane Elementary and Rosemont Elementary.

TCSS says no students or staff were affected and that the incident did not occur on campus or in the district.

Since this is a personnel issue, the school system can only provide limited information, TCSS says.
