Silver Alert issued for missing Southaven man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man from Southaven.

Walter Calvin Jenkins is 74 years old, 1.85 m tall and weighs 79 kg.

Jenkins was last seen driving in the 7700 block of Whitten Pont Cove in Desoto County around 9:30 p.m. on July 4.

He wore a green T-shirt and black pants.

Jenkins suffers from a skin disease that can cause his skin to appear black or gray.

He is believed to be in a 2007 Ford Expedition with the Mississippi license plate SHELTEE.

Walter Jenkins suffers from an illness that may impair his judgment.
