The shameful incident was reported from Bet Mirhazar Khan area of ​​Jatoi Tehsil. Police swung into action following the incident. The crime sparked widespread concern about child safety and digital exploitation.

According to officials at Bet Mirhazar Khan police station, the suspect lured the boy to a well under the pretext that he was taking a bath. The footage was later used to blackmail the boy, Dawn reported.

In another incident near the border of Swabi and Haripur districts, police have arrested two persons accused of attacking a teenage girl.
