Person found shot inside truck that crashed into neighborhood pool building in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – A person was found shot to death Wednesday afternoon inside a truck that crashed into a community pool building in southwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police responded to the accident at 12200 Bissonnet Street, near Cook Road, around 11:55 a.m.

When police arrived, they found the person dead with a gunshot wound.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene to investigate. The identity of the person has not been released.

No arrests have been reported in this case.
