SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Two people were arrested Sunday in connection with the armed robbery of a San Francisco store, San Francisco police said. The alleged robbery occurred the night of June 21.

At around 9:30 p.m. that evening, San Francisco police responded to the affected store in the 1200 block of Valencia Street. Police learned that a man had attempted to leave the store with stolen items and pointed a gun at an employee who attempted to stop him.

He then left the store and was driven away in a car driven by a suspect. Police obtained pictures of the suspect and identified him as 19-year-old Fabian Gonzales Vancorner.

On Sunday, Gonzales Vancorner was spotted in a car near the 1400 block of Flounder Court. He was arrested at the scene and officers seized a loaded gun.

There was a woman in the car at the time who was also arrested. The SFPD identified her as 19-year-old Ana Reyes.

The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) executed a search warrant at the home of Gonzales Vancorner and seized an assault rifle, a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, and other firearms items.
