ABC-7 First Alert: Dangerously hot Thursday, record-breaking heat possible

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) – Hot! Hot! Hot! Temperatures are rising even more on Thursday! We have an ABC-7 Initial Warning for Dangerous Heat, possibly record-breaking heat.

Temperatures are expected to reach around 38 degrees across the region today. Temperatures of 42 degrees are expected in El Paso and 42 degrees in Las Cruces.

Dangerous temperatures will continue for the next seven days.

Drink water and try to stay cool!
