Man from Golden City injured in accident on the 126

A Golden City man was injured in a one-car crash on MO 126, seven miles west of Golden City, at 3:30 p.m. today.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet Impala driven by Gabriel H. Fizette, 18, of Golden City, left the right side of the road, struck a concrete culvert and overturned.

Fizette was treated for minor injuries at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
