Clay Rodriguez dies in car crash on Freeway 5 near The Old Road

SANTA CLARITA, CA (May 28, 2024) — Tony Rodriguez died in a car accident on Freeway 5 near Old Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred around 2:01 a.m. on Sunday. A car crash occurred under unclear circumstances on the 5 North Freeway near Old Road.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department subsequently arrived and took one person to a hospital, while the other was pronounced dead. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 34-year-old Clay Rodriguez.
