Atlanta Braves star Ronald Acuna Jr. suffers devastating injury

CINCINNATI- Braves superstar Ronald Acuna Jr. suffered a complete torn ACL in his left knee and will miss the remainder of the season, the team announced Sunday night.

The reigning National League MVP was injured on the basepaths. It was a non-contact injury.

This is terrible news for the Braves, for Acuna and for the baseball world. The Reds have yet to play the Braves this season, but they will play Atlanta in July and Cincinnati in September.
