Boat driver airlifted with serious injuries after accident in Pinellas County

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A man was flown to a hospital with serious injuries following a boating accident Sunday afternoon.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office received a water rescue call on Three Rooker Island, north of Honeymoon Island, around 12:55 p.m.

Officials are not releasing any further details at this time.
