Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Hospital Offers Student Physicals on August 3

As sports seasons approach with the new school year, Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine The Woodlands is offering physical exams to students sponsored by the Houston Texans.

Physical exams will be available to students ages 12-18 on Saturday, August 3, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 17183 Interstate 45, Medical Office Building 1, Suite 210 for $25 per exam (cash only).

Student athletes are asked to bring their consent form and school physical form along with their complete medical history and complete all forms in blue or black ink only and wear glasses or contact lenses if you have corrected vision.
