OHP issues Silver Alert for missing 65-year-old man

Del City, Oklahoma (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has activated a Silver Alert for missing 65-year-old Howard Countess.

According to OHP, Howard Countess was last seen on July 25, 2024 at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the area of ​​Hillside Drive and Bryant Avenue in Del City.

Countess is described as a white male with hazel eyes and white hair. He is approximately 6’1″ tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, gray shorts and camouflage shoes. Countess has recently been experiencing severe memory problems, but according to OHP, he has not been diagnosed with any cognitive impairments.
