BREAKING NEWS: Amber Alert issued for two missing children in Texas | State

GONZALES, Texas — Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for two young children who were last seen on July 19, 2024 in Rosanky, Texas.

Lucas Mendez, a 6-year-old Hispanic boy, was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a shark on it, blue shorts with gray stripes, and blue Sonic the Hedgehog Crocs. He has brown hair, brown eyes, is 4 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 80 pounds. His younger brother, Lukane Mendez, a 2-year-old Hispanic boy, was last seen wearing a black shirt and a white diaper. He has brown hair, brown eyes, is 28 inches tall, and weighs 40 pounds.

The children are believed to be with Martin Mendez, a 34-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
