Donald Trump injured in incident at rally

Former President Donald Trump was injured on Saturday after loud bangs occurred at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

After the bangs, Trump fell to the ground. He was picked up by security guards and had blood on his face. He shouted something back at the crowd and was then dragged away by security guards.

A senior Trump adviser in Milwaukee told CNN they are working to gather information on the former president’s condition. The adviser was encouraged by Trump’s fist-bumping as he was led off the stage to his SUV.

“We don’t know his condition,” the counselor said. “We pray that he is OK.”

This is a developing story and will be updated.
