Alleged car accident victim Kelly Oubre threatens to sue 76ers star over accident

The man who claims he was hit by Kelly Oubre in a nighttime car crash earlier this year, the 76ers star wants him to pay for the damage he believes the basketball player caused … and if the NBA player doesn’t open his wallet soon, the guy says TMZ Sports he will sue.

Siddha — a 21-year-old college student — says he was driving a 2023 Hyundai Elantra in Philadelphia around 1:45 a.m. on April 23 when Oubre ran a red light and plunged into him in his purple Lamborghini Urus.

Siddh claims that Oubre – who had played in a playoff game against the New York Knicks just hours earlier – was driving at such high speeds that his car swayed, injuring him and one of his passengers.

Siddh tells us that his insurance company ultimately declared his car a total loss… and that on top of that, he now has terrible anxiety attacks every time he goes through an intersection.

He claims he and his lawyers have tried multiple times to reach Oubre and the Sixers to reach a settlement, but he believes the basketball player is avoiding him.

Siddh tells us that he may now be forced to drag Oubre to court over all this.

Oubre, 28, admitted in the days following the accident that he “probably” should hire a personal driver in the future. He and the Sixers did not respond to our requests for further comment on the matter on Tuesday.
