St. Croix man arrested for attempted murder

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Indiana State Police arrested a Perry County man on attempted murder charges Sunday following a dispute between neighbors.

According to a press release, police responded to reports of shots fired on State Road 62. Authorities said Tyler Richardson, 32, confronted neighbors about their barking dog and then shot a person walking toward the property line.

Richardson was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, assault causing great bodily injury, criminal recklessness, and pointing a firearm. He was booked into the Perry County Jail.
