Man in Opa-locka injured all over his body with knife wounds

OPA LOCKA, Florida. – A man was injured in a stabbing incident Monday in Opa-locka, the city confirmed in a news release Tuesday morning.

According to the press release, Opa-locka police were called to 3125 Northwest 132nd Terrace for a stabbing. When police arrived, they found a man with multiple stab wounds to his body, including his head and legs.

Miami-Dade Fire-Rescue personnel treated the man’s injuries and transported him to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center for immediate treatment, the press release said.

Opa-locka Police detectives are investigating the incident, but the victim is uncooperative, the press release said.

Therefore, the circumstances of the stabbing are currently unknown.
