One person arrested, another injured in accident

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash.

According to LPD, officers were called to the intersection of Eastland Drive and East New Circle Road around 4:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon for a crash.

When officers arrived, they found that three vehicles were involved.

A teenager in one of the vehicles was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A juvenile was arrested on the scene and charged with drunk driving.

The road was closed while the accident scene was being cleared.
