Deerfield Beach shooting leaves 2 dead, 1 hospitalized – NBC 6 South Florida

Two people were shot dead in Deerfield Beach on Thursday morning, authorities said.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred at about 5:45 a.m. in the 4000 block of Eastridge Drive.

Emergency responders found a man with a gunshot wound and took him to the hospital. His relationship to the victims is unknown.

Authorities have not said whether they are looking for a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting. They said there is no danger to the community.
