Man dead after shooting in Yokuts Valley, officials say | YourCentralValley.com

YOKUTS VALLEY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man is dead after a shooting in Yokuts Valley Wednesday night, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies said they were called around 9:30 p.m. to a report of a gunshot victim in the 39000 block of Squaw Valley Road.

Upon arrival, sheriff’s officers found a man dead. They performed life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

As of Wednesday evening, no information was available about the circumstances that led to the shooting.
