Riviera Beach man arrested in connection with 2022 murder

A Riviera Beach man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred more than two years ago. 21-year-old Isiah J. Corbett was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts of aiding and abetting attempted murder and one count of aiding and abetting premeditated murder. According to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office documents, Corbett is one of several people connected to a shooting that occurred on February 23, 2022, in the 1500 block of Suwanee Drive in West Palm Beach. The shooting killed one person and injured others. During its investigation, the Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm that Corbett assisted five other suspects by providing them with specific information about a Boynton Beach paint and body shop for a vehicle used to carry out the murder approximately 90 minutes earlier on the evening of February 23, 2022. A Riviera Beach man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred over two years ago.

Isiah J. Corbett, 21, was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts of aiding and abetting attempted murder and one count of aiding and abetting premeditated murder.

According to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office documents, Corbett is one of several people connected to a shooting that occurred on February 23, 2022, in the 1500 block of Suwanee Drive in West Palm Beach.

One person was killed and others injured in the shooting.

During its investigation, the Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm that Corbett assisted five other suspects by providing them with specific information about a Boynton Beach paint and body shop for a vehicle that had been used to carry out the murder approximately 90 minutes earlier on the evening of February 23, 2022.
