Blogger dies in accident by KK Fosu and Bless

The tragic car accident involving well-known highlife musicians KK Fosu and Bless on the Accra-Apam highway has claimed the life of blogger and publicist John Claude Tamakloe.

The incident occurred on Saturday, May 25, 2024, while the group was on its way to perform at a wedding.

John Claude Tamakloe, who accompanied Bless as a videographer, tragically died instantly from the force of the impact.

According to the driver of the car, Nana Obiri Yeboah, her Toyota Camry collided head-on with a Benz when it tried to overtake another vehicle.

“We pulled over to the side of the road to let the person who caused the accident pass, but he ended up driving into our car,” Nana Obiri Yeboah explained in an interview with MzGee, describing the moments after he regained consciousness.

“The three passengers had already been taken to Apam Hospital when I regained consciousness. After securing our belongings, I quickly made my way to the hospital.”

“KK and Bless suffered broken legs, with Bless’s injury being more serious. Unfortunately, the other passenger, an assistant to Bless, died on the spot,” he added.

Meanwhile, KK Fosu and Bless were seriously injured in the accident; both suffered broken legs.

KK Fosu in particular suffered a serious leg injury.
