$1,289,000 condo sells in Buffalo, New York

The sale of an Elmwood Village condominium represents the 17th private residence in Erie County to be sold for more than $1 million this year.

According to documents filed May 23 in the Erie County Clerk’s Office, the John A. Mitchell Revocable Trust and the Elizabeth S. Mitchell Revocable Trust paid $1.289 million for a condo in the Eleven Eleven condo project developed by Chason Affinity at 1111 Elmwood Ave.

Affinity Elmwood Gateway Properties LLC sold the property.

Chason Affinity, the Cheektowaga-based development company, built this stunning five-story condo project on the corner of Elmwood and Forest avenues. The building opened in 2023 and 10 of its 41 units have been sold and five more under contract.
