Fatal accident on Winslow Road | Local News

WINSLOW– A driver is killed and two other people are injured in an accident in Winslow.

According to police, it was just after 5:30 a.m. Monday morning when two cars struck each other sideways while traveling in opposite directions on Route 201 near Taylor Road.

21-year-old Dominic Reid of Waterville was killed in the accident.

His passenger and the driver of the other vehicle both suffered minor injuries.

A 21-year-old woman was taken to hospital for evaluation and the other driver was released at the scene.

Maine State Police are now helping in the investigation to find out exactly how it happened.
