Tarvin was booked into the Washington Parish Jail on charges of possession of illegal drugs with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense.

“Drugs, drugs, drugs,” said Sheriff Randy Seal. “It seems like almost every day someone is arrested for illegal drugs. Why is our prison full? That’s because our officers are constantly working on our behalf, arresting those who blatantly violate the laws of the state of Louisiana. We are very fortunate to have men and women of integrity who work hard to uphold our laws.”
