Car accident in Palmyra sends car into ditch

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — New York State Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Route 31 on Saturday.

News Eight emergency responders on scene told us they saw two cars involved in the accident, one in the ditch and the other on the road. Multiple emergency vehicles were spotted at the scene, as well as two fire trucks blocking a portion of State Route 31 from Galloway Road to Grieg Street.
