Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly “heartbroken” over the fatal knife attack at a children’s dance workshop in the UK that left two children dead and nine others injured.

The event was a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga event for children aged approximately 6 to 11 in Southport, England.

“Harry and Meghan are devastated and deeply saddened by the tragic incident in the UK,” a source close to the couple said.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who feel unsafe in Britain without police protection, have made no public statement on the barbaric attack on children.

However, an insider revealed the reaction of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s parents, saying: “They appear to be in great shock and concerned for the families who have lost their loved ones.”

On the other hand, Prince William and Kate Middleton also sent love and prayers to the families who lost their loved ones.”

King Charles and Queen Camilla also issued a statement condemning Monday’s “terrible” incident.

Harry, who has two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, warned last week that it would be “dangerous” to bring his wife and children back to Britain.

The Duke, during a ITV The documentary Tabloids on Trial states: “It’s still dangerous. All it takes is one actor, one person reading this stuff and acting on what they’ve read. Whether it’s a knife or acid, those are things that really worry me.”

Harry added: “That is one of the reasons why I will not bring my wife back to this country,” he said during the interview, which aired on July 25.
