Man arrested for stabbing woman during domestic dispute in Yonkers

A man was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman on the hand during a domestic dispute.

Yonkers police said they were called to the 300 block of Nepperhan Avenue around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a woman being stabbed.

According to police, the attack was the result of a dispute between partners.

A man was arrested and the woman was taken to the hospital for treatment. Officials say the woman is in stable condition.
