The highest temperatures will reach 35 to 40 degrees on Sunday and Monday. The high humidity will push the heat index to 40 to 43 degrees. It will be a little warmer on Tuesday, and the cooling will be more noticeable on Wednesday. In the second half of the week the wind will turn to the north and northeast, bringing drier air and cooler temperatures.
