Prosecutor: Ukraine cooperates with ICC in investigation into Russian attack

Kyiv: Ukrainian Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin said he spoke with International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan on Monday about a deadly Russian attack on Ukraine.

“We are transmitting all information and evidence about attacks on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities to the ICC prosecutor’s office,” he told state television.

At least 36 people were killed in the attack on Monday in Ukraine, and a children’s hospital in Kyiv was also partially destroyed.
