EFFINGHAM COUNTY PRISON

• Effingham City Police arrested Timothy P. Eskew, 53, of Effingham, on an Effingham County Free Trade Agreement warrant for Criminal Breach of Peace. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested Joshua D. Mayberry, 31, of Altamont, on charges of retail theft over $300, driving with a revoked license, suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Joshua received a provisional NTA.
• The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah E. Burger, age 52, of Clearwater, Florida, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sarah received a provisional NTA.
