Man arrested for robbery of Target store at Broadway Mall in Hicksville

An Amityville man was arrested and accused of robbing a Hicksville store.

According to detectives, Clayton Rhoden went to the Target in the Broadway Mall last night.

According to police, the 33-year-old tried to leave the store with unpaid goods.

When anti-theft officers tried to stop him, Rhoden threatened them with a knife and ran away, according to police.

Rhoden was arrested shortly afterwards.
