Teenage rape victim is raped again by driver she stopped for help

A 15-year-old girl who stopped a car for help after being raped in Birmingham was raped again by the driver who stopped her.

A double manhunt is currently underway for the attackers. Both are described as Asian men in their early twenties.

According to police, the first attack this week occurred between 7pm on Tuesday and 2am on Wednesday in a remote part of Witton train station in Birmingham.

The girl had walked to the train station with her friend and was then taken away by a man and raped.

She left the station shortly after the attack and stopped a passing vehicle to ask for help.

After she got into the second man’s car, she was raped again.

Detectives from the British Transport Police and West Midlands Police have launched a comprehensive investigation to identify the two attackers and seek witnesses.

The first attacker is described as someone with light skin, brown eyes and a slim build and is about 1.80 m tall.

He wore a tracksuit and black sneakers.

The second attacker is described as being about 1.70 m tall, of large stature, with a short beard and wearing a blue sweater and black jeans.

Detective Chief Inspector Tony Fitzpatrick said: “My detectives are currently examining all available CCTV footage to identify the offenders. While these investigations are ongoing, we would like to speak to any potential witnesses.”

“Your information could be crucial to our investigation into identifying the perpetrators.”
