Nina Dobrev gives update on recovery after bicycle accident

Nina Dobrev continues to heal. On Monday, the 35-year-old actress shared in her Instagram story how her recovery is going her bicycle accident in May.

In several posts, Dobrev shared photos of herself and her large leg in a cast, resting in bed, holding flowers and eating.

“In case you’re wondering what I was up to,” she captioned the posts, “Eat. Sleep. CPM machine. Physical therapy. Repeat.”

In May Dobrev reveals that she had been hospitalized following a motorcycle accident.

“I’m fine,” she wrote in her Instagram story at the time, “but the road to recovery will be long.”

The following month, Dobrev provided an updateand announced that the operation had been successful.

“Thank you to everyone who sent kind messages, thoughts, prayers and good vibes,” she wrote. “I’ve felt the support and positive energy. This means more to me than you’ll ever know.”

Dobrev is not discouraged by her injury. In the same month of her surgery, Dobrev dressed like a glove in a Miu Miu outfit. The Vampire Diaries Alum combined the black and white designer dress with matching crutches.

“Crutches, but fashionable,” she wrote under a video showing off the outfit.

She also relies on her boyfriend of four years, an Olympic legend Shaun Whiteduring her recovery. He took photos of her healing and has unpacked his dance steps to make them laugh.
