Sheldon man arrested again for marijuana | News

SHELDON – A 45-year-old Sheldon man was arrested around 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, for repeated counts of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana – and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arthur James Fitzner’s arrest came after a Northpark Apartments officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from Apartment 16, according to the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.

Fitzner knocked on the door and Fitzner opened it.

During the conversation, Fitzner gave the officer a small amount of marijuana and a pipe, the incident report states.
