Section of LA 133 in Richland Parish temporarily closed

RICHLAND PARISH, Louisiana (KNOE) – According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, a section of LA 133 in Richland Parish is closed until further notice.

The closure is located approximately 4.6 miles north of the intersection with US 80. The Los Angeles Department of Transportation said the closure was necessary to allow for the replacement of a cross-drainage pipe that was compromising the integrity of the roadway.

It is currently not known when the road will be reopened.
