Person on Doniphan hit and killed by car

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) – Special traffic investigators are investigating a pedestrian struck by a car in the 6400 block of Doniphan near Borderland.

Investigators believe the accident was a hit-and-run. According to police, one person died.
