Shooting in Dallas, Texas: Xavier Jasso killed downtown

DALLAS – A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in downtown Dallas late Sunday night, police said.

According to a Dallas Police press release, Xavier Jasso was identified as the victim.

Officers arrived in the 1000 block of Young Street near the Dallas Convention Center around 11:30 p.m. and found Jasso shot.

Jasso was taken to a hospital where he died.
