Silver Alert issued for missing woman

BEAUMONT, Texas – Beaumont Police are searching for a missing woman.

According to BPD, 66-year-old Linda Rogers is diagnosed with diminished mental capacity.

She is described as a black woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds, with black hair styled into a small Afro style, BPD says.

She was last seen walking in the 4400 block of Concord Road around 9:55 p.m. on May 12 wearing blue jeans and a tan shirt.

Police believe her disappearance poses a serious threat to her own health and safety.
