Buffalo Police Close National Investigation

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Buffalo police have concluded their investigation into a deadly domestic incident that occurred last week. Police say a man stabbed his girlfriend and then died in a house fire.

Megan Huttenlocker, 24, was found stabbed to death on Ashland Avenue last Thursday. Police said the suspect, Andrew Shipley, 24, was found dead in a burning home on Dash Street. They added that the investigation was closed due to Shipley’s death.

Police say Shipley and Huttenlocker lived together and were in a domestic relationship.
